Privacy Policy
Last updated September 7, 2026
This policy describes how Bioscale ("we", "us") handles personal information in the Bioscale application (the "Service"). Bioscale is an internal application provided for business use.
Information we collect
When you sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google), we receive your name, email address, and an identifier for your account with that provider. We do not receive or store your password. We also collect the data you enter into the Service, the measurements the Service produces for you — hormone concentrations and the optical readings behind them — and routine technical logs such as request timestamps and error diagnostics.
Health information
Measurements are health information. We use them to show you your results and trends, to operate and improve the assay, and for internal research in aggregated or de-identified form. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure the Service, and maintain records of activity within it. We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
We do not share your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Information is disclosed only to service providers who host or support the Service on our behalf and are bound to protect it, or where we are required to do so by law.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your access to the Service is active and thereafter as needed for legitimate business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
Security
Access to the Service requires authentication and is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information must be retained where we have a legal or business obligation to keep it.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
