These terms govern your use of the Bioscale application (the "Service"), provided by Bioscale ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Access is at the company's discretion

The Service is provided for business purposes to users authorized by us. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service itself.

Not medical advice

The Service reports measurements from a research-stage assay for informational and educational purposes. It is not a diagnostic device, and nothing it shows is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Hormone levels vary between people and across the day, and a measurement may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not make health decisions on the basis of the Service alone; consult a qualified healthcare professional, and in an emergency contact local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law and our policies. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful material.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of the credentials used to access it. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Confidentiality and data

Information within the Service may be confidential or proprietary. You may not disclose it except as authorized. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, remains our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you no ownership rights.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
